ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE GATEWAY GOLF CARTS.... 8965 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, O'Fallon, MO 63366. I dropped my cart of on July 20th. It was STOLEN FROM THEIR LOT AFTER THEY LEFT THE KEY IN IT PARKED OUTSIDE during the overnight hours of July 21st. AS OF TODAY, August 11th, THREE WEEKS LATER they have done nothing to make amends. If they leave your key in the cart and it gets stolen overnight on their property when you’re paying them to service it, you’ll be SOL. Awful service, awful place.
RecommendedBoth times I have used Gateway, they have been fantastic. The last time I used them, after explaining the issue, they came outside and fixed it for me on the trailer in about 10 minutes. this was the Thursday before July 4th. The previous time, they let me borrow a jump charger, after I figured out that my current charger had a bad connection. They also fixed that charger. First class service. They really know how to diagnose and fix these carts.
I am beyond happy to have found gateway golf cars, the level of service is outstanding and the folks there are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Can not thank them enough for their help customer service. 🙏🏼
Do not waste your money if you have issues with your golf cart. Spent $100 for an employee to come out to my house. Spent less than 5 mins with my golf cart to tell me 3 batteries were bad. No additional inspection was done even after I requested it. Quote for fixing golf cart was high. I checked with other golf car companies and was able to find a better offer. Patrick, I apologize you are not happy with the service we performed on February 2nd, 2020. When I showed up your battery pack was reading 3.4 volts in the whole pack. I checked individual batteries for voltage and the front three (batteries 1,2 and 3) in the pack showed around 6 volts a piece. The back three showed negative voltage. Upon further inspection the battery trays were falling apart and the batteries were falling out the bottom of the car. These guys know their stuff!!! We grabbed some new batteries and a charger and walked out with so much new info just from talking with them. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend them for customer service and knowledge!!!!
