Living here in fall winter and spring is pretty good but get ready for summer as the condos are unbearably hot. Also it takes a good 1.5-2 weeks for them to respond to any emails. I tried to rent an elevator for my move out and ended up having to move out without being able to hold it due to the lack of response time.
Great location, but managed by a terrible property management company (Keystone Grey), and a profoundly irresponsible board.
Great building! Every amenity imaginable is within walking distance.
