Customer has been amazingly patient as we wait for the corrected title from another state. The vehicle he purchased is running well and we have extended our help in the mean time until we have the title. Just spoke with him on 11/2/21 and we seemed to be on the same page. Confused by this review, but will get in contact with Ben and make sure he's doing well.
Ripped us off on warranty work and forced us to pay out of pocket. The service guy tried to convince me a air/fuel sensor was not an emissions part after speaking with the service manager. Unfortunately for him I know what a map sensor is and what it does. So I then talked to the Service Manager Matt and he just flat out refused to honor the warranty and said have a nice day. Jay responded to my inquiry right away, he stayed in contact with me through the whole process as needed but didn't drive me crazy, he was very professional. Gateway posted it for sale before they had performed the inspection on it. I saw it and had Jay send me some pictures. This is what I was looking for so I singed a purchase agreement which was three days before they had done the inspection. They lost me as a long time customer today. Told to be there first thing in morning for a bed liner. 2:00 pm they just started. Guess since they weren’t making any money off me today salesman who sold me the pickup didn’t care

Edwin was awesome. My wife and I went in to Gateway looking at RAV4’s with the 1.9 percent financing. We test drove the XSE Hybrid first. Edwin took 20 minutes and went over every feature it had for us. When we found out the hybrids didn’t qualify for the financing, Edwin went above and beyond showing us the gas model we ultimately bought.
