Friendly, efficient and courteous
They never do everything requested. I specifically asked to have my tires rotated and to have the vehicle vacuumed with oil change. Every time I get an oil change there, it's not done and they tell me we didn't have time or we don't do that (clean). This time they said it was done but very obvious they didn't clean and no mention of tire rotation on bill either. I can oil change cheaper elsewhere but my granddaughter did this for me.
Never have a problem with anyone who works here. They are all knowledgeable and do great work. Scheduling is easy. Will be my go to dealership in Pierre forever.
The guys in the service department were great to work with in getting my vehicle looked at.
