The dealership could not have been more friendly or helpful to us. We were traveling and had an emergency truck repair. Everything about our experience was top-tier. Our driver Donna was super and we greatly appreciated the courtesy service.
Had my 2014 Raptor rear end, both front wheel hun bearing, AC fan, and a full tune up done. And everything was done with no problems and they communicated very well on timing and the repairs done.
With out a doubt the worst service experience ever. Around two years ago, maybe a little more my wife’s car a 2020 Ford Eco sport lost all oil pressure we brought it to them and they diagnosed it as the oil pump went out so the engine was replaced under warranty.
