They are rude company half there staff doesn't speak English they constantly call me while I'm at work which caused me to get suspended for 1 month without pay. Gateway financial is owned by the Garber group who also owns Right way automotive among other new car dealerships. I have owned my car for two yrs either paid my payments on time or early sometimes late do to my job and the covid-19 pandemic. I hate you all with every fiber of my being, I get calls every day from people trying to pay their car loan. For the love of all that is holy please stop acting under my business name in the state of Ohio. It does not only apply to calls but car payoffs, checks received, Insurance companies with coverage information, and private client details. I have called you, written you letters, and emailed you regarding your business practices. NOTHING.

Terrible customer service they see it’s covid going on I tell them I’m having a Financial hard ship. All these rules if you wanna pay on a different date you have send screen shot pictures of your pay which is very invasive and shouldn’t be legal I’ve been paying my note way before it’s due and I still get the run around fir a different pay date this place needs to be investigated high interest rates they don’t want to help people when they are having a hard time I wish I could go to another I finance company!

These people vouch for HORRIBLE CARS , they have no good standards or morals behind their company name. This company is such a rip off , affiliating their loans with car companies that send you in broken down cars you can easily die it, cars that break down each month or smokes heavily out from under the hood or the back of the car. I filed a motion to stop garnishments back on August 7th it is now Sept 2nd and these money hungry ass bitches are still garnishing my wages! On that motion they received from the court they had a 10 day notice to stop garnishments and they are still garnishing!! I have never had any court papers regarding this case no case appearances for me to attend to or anything and I told them to come pick the car up back in 2015 it is now going on 2020 I have never had the chance to prove my side of the story I never knew of any court... read more

They will cheat YOU every opportunity. Warning I did a volunteer surrender of my vehicle and it was sold to a employee for almost nothing. I should have received money back and the balance paid. Now my credit is affected and I am trying to fix it without any help from gateway. Interest charges against the law. How do they get away with it.

Never Ever get a car from rightway and get it financed by gateway financial! One they always try and put you in crappy cars two gateway financial don't care if the car isn't running after three years they want their money and if you don't pay they harass they sh×t out of you your references and even your employer all because your one damn day late!
