Ive just recently became a customer of ********************** and my experience has been great. The past few years have been rough and I have been trying to get my credit better but it hasnt been an easy task. Im very grateful for the auto loan they gave me. The worst company to ever do business with. They are very rude , they lie about prices. If your going through a hardship they are not here to help. They will make sure you loose everything before they help you. They also will reposses your car even when youve made the payment and it just hasnt updated in there slow system they have. They will harm your credit. There not to be trusted. Please read other views before considering them.

This finance company should not be in business. They sued me without giving me the chance to even make an arrangement. I ended up paying $15,000 for a car worth $3,000. It wasn't even my car! I co-signed. They blamed me! They were not willing to help resolve anything! Run fast

Gateway Financial Solutions does not cooperate with other companies. If it does not benefit this company, they will not raise a finger to help. Tried to have them sign off a title on a totaled vehicle so it could be scrapped. The first customer representative was very rude. I called back asking for a supervisor as the first refused to transfer, the supervisor explained company policy which was not to help. Must go thru the ***************** which can take 3 to 6 months. I would never do business with these people.

High interest!!! Terrible service. Make you get gap insurance and when it gets totaled they dont honor it or make it right. Rather take you court. They dont work with no one. They dont tell u court dates or anything very shady and illegal. Dont recommend them

The customer service is unprofessional they tell you that you can call if you have any type of dilemma but once you call they belittle you if you are not a human being they do not defer payments they are very unprofessional and very poor in their customer service skills I will not ever recommend this loan service to anyone

I will admit to jumping on a car too quickly and I got boned with an APR of 25%, but after I realized the trouble I just sucked it up and paid, this was a harsh ****** I will never repeat. I hope no one else gets involved with this company. This company is a scam. I have never missed a payment for the first 10 months and during the eleventh month my payday came a day after my due date. RUN! I mean Fast and quick!!!! Dont look back. Do not get tricked into working with these people. APR is crazy! I dont care if you fall on hard times and need a car. GET OUT QUICKLY! They claim to only have supervisors but no real managers, support staff or any of that! You cant even get a payment deferred without being drilled about your finances and having to provide proof of this proof of that. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. Even in a pandemic their hearts are still cold. They don’t care about anything but money. It’s very sad how they treat their customers, the people that are actually paying their bills. SMH! One day late on your payment and your phone is ringing all day and night. They huff and puff when you try to make payments arrangements. One man name “Ryan” cut me off mid conversation and asked “ok, so what do you need help with”. RUDE! I’ve never hated anything or anyone so much.
