John helped me buy a house 8.5 years ago and recently helped me refinance. The refinance took less than a month and went very smoothly, even with me being 2.5 hours from Charlotte. He was patient and willing to answer my questions. That made the whole process less intimidating. I highly recommend them, even if you don’t live in the Charlotte area.
