I understand about covid right now but you can't get a hold of them.Even just getting a renewal on a medication like metformin or one of my antidepressants is near impossible. you don't just stop any of those meds. sent a request thru my chart and I'm told this med is not refillable at this time. No explanation. call the office no results. Evidently Dr is missing and they don't know when he'll be back. I'm currently looking for a new doctor that cares for his patients.
They don’t answer the phone like they used to. Everything goes to an answering machine or it just hangs up.
Cannot get anyone on the phone for refills on my meds!!!! Any prompt I push goes through to a Tonis Voicemail!!
