New patient experience…I requested a dental emergency visit due to pain from an extraction (from another practice). They figured out a way to squeeze me in sane-day despite having a fully booked schedule that day. Everyone was kind, warm, and welcoming. Dr. Gailey removed some stitches that were supposed to be self dissolving - explained to me that they couldn’t dissolve if outside the tissue. He gave me a rinse to use in the area.
