Would give negative stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs! They don’t know how to do implants. My wife has been through hell because of this place. They even broke an implant off in my wife’s jaw which sat on the nerve and didn’t say a thing about it. I had to hold her down while they finished up the work if that tells you anything. They should be shut down! No I have the right place. Dr. Erwin. It’s funny you have the same response for every negative review. People need to know!
Dr. Rachel and her entire staff are wonderful. After years of dental work that varied from very painful to uncomfortable, they have taken all the discomfort away. And with a mostly female staff, it's nice to be "babied" while getting dental work done!
From the moment we stepped in (new appointment) through cleaning, Xrays, etc and doctor's review all was professional, with a smile and extremely pleasant. Thank you.
I had 5 upper front teeth pulled and Dr. Erwin-King made sure I was totally numb. All the staff was totally super nice and very accommodating. I recommend Gateway Family Dentistry.
Bad customer service, extremely slow processing. Wait is 2+ hours.
