We had a very negative experience with this company. They picked up our product and thier truck was in an accident. I am sorry about that and hope everyone was OK. The issue is when I called they basically said too bad and told me about their issues - our shipment took three weeks because they have NO BACKUP plan. Won't use them again.

Poor communication, poor execution of delivery. Was contacted at random three weeks in a row the day before they wanted to deliver me a 30’ parking lot light pole, which requires coordination for offloading. This method didnt work for my company, as it takes more than half a business day to prepare my people and my schedule. Was finally theatened with storage fees, and then on the day I bent over backwards to accomodate them, their delivery ETA is running hours late.
