Some of the WORST customer experience possible. First off the wait on hold to schedule an appointment is ridiculousm. People are calling from work and can't stay on hold for such prolonged periods of time to schedule an appointment. Next the person who finally answered the phone was completely rude, and unprofessional. I wouldn't ever go to this place. I canceled my order and went to Envision Imaging. Although they aren't closer to me their customer service is excellent and worth the extra travel time.
Very clean very friendly they play music to make you more comfortable when you do the MRI

1. Insurance: The diagnostic center told me my financial responsibility was more than $1,100 - even with insurance. When I called my insurance company, they told me it was about $350. Big mistake. 2. Hair Extensions/Wigs/Hairpieces: They didn’t tell me until I arrived of all the things that can’t go into an MRI - like my extensions, which the girl at the front desk told me I had to take out.
