Jere and his crew did an amazing job on a major attic renovation at our house. They were on, or even slightly ahead of schedule and did really high quality finish work
This company, aka Garceau Brothers, built an addition for us 8 yrs ago. A garage with a bedroom over it. It leaked from day one. After years of band-aide solutions and trying to blame the leaks on us, they admitted that they had not built it with the materials specified in the plan. But then they demanded $3,000 to fix it. We are getting it fixed, a much bigger job than they even know. We are out $15,000 and are waiting to see them in court. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
