Part 2 Follow up to the cool cat review, I got a 50% refund, its nice but when youre promised 0$ or 70$ if you get the optional polish I am still scammed out 250$, I appretiate the gesture, better to be robbed 250$ instead of 500$. The learning from this endeavour is to triple check your own paperwork and learn the ins and out of how your insurance coverage works because this is not the bank or the CRA the people are not going to walk you through the process they will just say its all good until its too late and now its my f... read more
Disrespectful service + long wait time. Sketchy dentist gives off the vibes of wanting to do lots of unnecessary work for a bigger paycheck. Use caution
Prone to scamming, The receptionist looked over my coverage and quoted me with a 70$ fee I said okay sounds good, after waiting 45 minutes I did get my teeth cleaned but after I went up to pay the 70$ only to be told: yeah after closer inspection your insurance dosent cover cleaning that will be 507$! They tell me after the fact so I have to pay them otherwise it looks like I am dine and dashing. So brutal there goes my monthly rent, So my advice is to triple check your own insurance because they will just tell you everythin... read more
