I will be aunist I was in alot of pain but the receptionist was really polite and respectful to me and the nurses and the Dr were really efficient and also really respectful and to top that off I thought the cost was going to be high but It was way cheaper then I thought my experience was amazing thank to all the staff for your hospitality and professionalism.
Most relaxing pleasant root canal I’ve had to date.!
Tansi I have Parkinson’s Disease and the staff (ladies) are so kind and gracious to me. I have trouble swallowing and they make my experience as easy as possible by going the extra mile!! This is the worst dental clinic I have experienced. I was a patient for a few years. Every time I had a cavity filled, i had to go back to get the filling adjusted (jags that made flossing impossible) or my bite fixed. I had a crown failure and they would not warranty their work. I have finally gone to another clinic to get my whole bite readjusted (and other resultant issues - such as jaw pain, pulsating tinnitus, wear on teeth on the other side of my mouth). 100% do NOT recommend. I just want to say, definitely 5 star reviewed earned. I was so happy with the service we were given today. Courtney and Dr. Derrick were amazing with my two kids, ages 3 & 5. I will definitely be returning with them as it left a positive experience for both of them. Something I really do cherish, considering how easy it is to be afraid of the dentist as a kid. Thank you both!
