I have delayed sharing this story, as it has been a painful one. However, my mother had lived in this apartment complex for 15 years from 2010-2025. She suddenly died on August 23rd, and we were given two weeks to remove her stuff and longer if needed. Which we greatly appreciated. I've been there for about 5 years now and the first year and a half or 2 years where about weird and questionable. But we have a new landlady, her name is Thelma Alvarez and she cool plus the maintenance is pretty fast to fix what ever it is tat needs to fixed.

Lived there for about a year and a half. When the time came for us to move out, I moved out a week early before our lease was us. Made time to go back and make sure everything was clean. Then when 30 days hit for us to get our deposit back, they charged over 600 dollars for pro rate rent. They claim we had to give 30 days notice. I tried contacting the owners and nothing. I also called the manger on site saying that she can’t do that considering our lease ended.
