Knowledgeable staff in a comfortable environment. Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy has helped me immensely while in the midst of a divorce. EMDR has allowed me to reprocess certain issues with my divorce as well as traumatic events from the past. The idea that these issues could actually be resolved and I can move on with my life is true freedom.
