NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Wish I could give zero stars. I have come with my toddler many times and have had zero issues. He is now potty trains and like most pools in our area, they require a swim diaper. He has been potty trained for months with no issue but we brought him in a swim diaper out of respect and precaution. Manager comes over and says he can go in the freezing kiddie pool since he has a swim diaper. I explain our situation and offer to take it off since he is potty trained. Pool manager is a joke. Kids can’t swim with a swim diaper, kids can’t swim without a swim diaper. Pay all this money for HOA to be denied entry even though my child is potty trained. Wouldn’t even converse about it or try to explain, walked away to his office ignoring us. Embarrassing

You need to put on here that it's residents only, I realize it's on the website now but all I did was google community pool and it says nothing about residence only on the maps. I live less then a mile outside of gateway and it's father's day. I promised my kid we could go swimming and when we get there some guy won't let us in.
