Nice rooms love the place not falling apart like people say
The front office is just too disrespectful, they treat you like you're dumb. Then when you call back and get a different person, that person tells you that you never talked to anyone else and that you don't know what you're talking about. They are just incredibly rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and play games with people. This complex looked like a promising option until I talked to the 2 women at the front office. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the customer service I received from the manager Malina and her new protégé. She took her time and answered all of my questions during the application process and even made herself available on a Saturday to accommodate my busy schedule. True professional 5star service
