The front office is just too disrespectful, they treat you like you're dumb. Then when you call back and get a different person, that person tells you that you never talked to anyone else and that you don't know what you're talking about. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the customer service I received from the manager Malina and her new protégé. She took her time and answered all of my questions during the application process and even made herself available on a Saturday to accommodate my busy schedule. True professional 5star service
