Had an extremely pleasant experience with Gateway Houston. Dominic and Scott were awesome to work with. Both these guys are straightforward and honest. Sold my MX-5 in no time. This was a great vehicle that I reluctantly let go because it was such a great car. But for a '66 Corvette convertible, yeah, I'll let it go! Thanks so much Dominic and Scott. We'll see you down the road!

I had a very disappointing and costly experience with Gateway Classic Cars. I spoke with David, a representative, before arranging delivery of my car. I specifically asked him to confirm under what circumstances they reject vehicles, and he assured me my car would be accepted. Based on that information, I spent $400 on towing to bring the car to and from their location. Upon arrival, they turned my car away. A lot of the negative reviews are from buyers, so from a potential sellers prospective RUN. They reached out on our FB Marketplace listing, promised an easy process, and when asked directly about the possibility of the car being rejected, was assured "only for significant undercarriage rust" which we didn't have. We paid about $200 to tow the car in only to immediately be told they wouldn't accept it. This would've been fine HAD THEY BEEN HONEST that there are many reasons they don't accept cars. My car was on consigment for 90 days no results, I asked them to disconnect my new battery if not moved, they did not, killed the battery. Listed my car in Facebook Marketplace, it sold in less than 36 hours for 50k the same price without their commission,
