Had a long wait for each of my two visits. Vet was very attentive and personable. Friendly staff. Comfortable waiting space. Would have preferred more risk/benefit discussion for treatments and price of medications.
Dr.Bruce’s attentive and personable care was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we entered we were greeted with warmth. He ensured I was informed with every step and that my girl was cared for and safe. Less than 24 hrs she was already showing signs of improvement!
I love visiting Dr. Karmazin also known as Dr.K He has been the families vet since I was a young person...now I'm a Mom with my own two boys and they get to experience the vet experience and I am so grateful. His office and staff are always so kind. Miesha and Mia and Malachi listened to me sing and we chilled and played with play doh and waited for his expertise to enter the room. We were driving from KC to NYC when poor Gimli got sick :( We were lucky enough to be nearby Dr Karmazin!! They fit us in late on a busy Friday and fixed poor Gimli right up :) We are so thankful. Everyone at the office was super sweet. We were able to make it back home without any issues! Thank you again!!
On Friday the 27th we knew we were going to have to let our Jinx go . He had been very sick for about 3 months and at one point made a recovery that we thought he might make it . But the illness he had ( could never get real diagnosis from our regular vet ) came back and very hard to were he wouldn't eat anything and was withering away. Called all over and couldn't find a place to take him , Gateway got us in right away to help.
