The ladies up front were super friendly and helpful. Dr. Bruce had a great bedside manor. He was compassionate and understanding while remaining focused on solving our dogs problems. Dr. Bruce was very knowledgeable and great at explaining treatment and next steps. We will be going back and I would highly recommend.
I brought my toy poodle in for the very first time as I am new to owning animals. Friday I was quoted $35 for a shot. So I. Came Here today. The doctor came in with his assistant I asked him about potty training and about my dog eating a specific type of food. He saw that he had the dry tears under his eyes and asked me if I wanted him to cut it I said yes. He gives him the drops in his mouth I go out to pay my bill and she tells me it's $101. Had a long wait for each of my two visits. Vet was very attentive and personable. Friendly staff. Comfortable waiting space. Would have preferred more risk/benefit discussion for treatments and price of medications.
Dr.Bruce’s attentive and personable care was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we entered we were greeted with warmth. He ensured I was informed with every step and that my girl was cared for and safe. Less than 24 hrs she was already showing signs of improvement!
We were driving from KC to NYC when poor Gimli got sick :( We were lucky enough to be nearby Dr Karmazin!! They fit us in late on a busy Friday and fixed poor Gimli right up :) We are so thankful. Everyone at the office was super sweet. We were able to make it back home without any issues! Thank you again!!
