I really wanted to like this office because it is very close to my home, but unfortunately I had issues with the administrative side of the practice from the beginning. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly, and my interactions with Regina in billing were especially disappointing. I found her to be unfriendly and unnecessarily difficult when it came to my insurance.
