Strictly based on service. I purchased my truck outright in March. When I did they really pushed the MyChevy app. Ok, great. So why did I schedule a simple oil change appt and get treated as a walk in. Sat for 4 hours. They said oh, we don't get the information from the app. How is that my issue? You pushed using the app.
