Buying a car was quick and easy with them and Danielle was great to work with and i would recommend them to my friends and family!
Just sat at Gateway for 3 hours waiting for my car to get a seatbelt recall done. Went to find my service guy out to lunch, asked another guy what was up with my car and told me the part is on back order. They just had the meeting this morning about it. This is the third time I have had absolute joke service at Gateway, and I WILL NOT BE BACK.
STAY AWAY!!!!! DRIVE TO THE NEXT NEAREST GM DEALERSHIP!!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP PERIOD!!!! SAVE THE HEADACHE AND THE MONEY YOU SAVE GOING TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP WILL PAY FOR YOUR GAS. I CANNOT BELIEVE GM ALLOWS THESE CROOKS TO SELL AND SERVICE THEIR VEHICLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
