Scheduled an oil change for 11:00 for my 2026 Tahoe that I purchased in May from Gateway. Arrived and was told there were two ahead of me and wouldn’t start for a while. I asked how long it would take and I was told 1 1/2 hours. I advised I would be back at 12:30 but call if they finished sooner. Arrived at 12:30 and they hadn’t started. Needless to say, I had to leave without any work being done. First and last time I’ll be there.
Very courteous and professional service.
So I just came in for a quick oil change and asked meekly to replace the passenger side front bulb as I hit a pheasant the other day. I'd do it but I just recently had abdominal surgery. The service advisor stated they may or may not be able to get to it and there would be a charge to do so and she also noticed that the bird knocked my fog light in before I could tell her.
