Just want to say that I have been driving GM cars for the last 15 years and this location (9901 W Papago Fwy) by far provides the best customer service and accommodations that I have experienced. I normally have to rent a car when I get work done, so timing & good communication are crucial for me. Lately I have had quiet a bit of extensive work done at this location on my 2017 Sonic and I have to say my experience with Cody Mills has been nothing but the best and most "real" customer service ever! It was a good purchase experience. Gateway has a great sales team. They were a pleasure to work with.
I brought my 2018 Denneli Turbo Dessel HD to have over three thousand in service and was very disappointed in their lack of communication and total disregard of cleaning their grease and oil prints from all over my truck hood and crome. Not only once but both times I had to bring it in. I had to call multiple times to get any updates or get an call back from my adviser. Would NOT recommend for service!!!
