I needed some repairs done to my SVU and what I received was terrible service. The girl who was taking my information was not listening to all my reasons why I was there. Then after telling me it would cost over $700 just for diagnostic and not any work I decided to leave. After that they left my car unattended in the parking lot with my window, AC and door wide open. Before visiting this dealership make sure you get a quote over the phone first.
Had a great experience at Ken Garff Chevy. Although Viridiana was not there due to an emergency, her associate Jose Solano gave me a great deal and took care of me. The finance Mgr Joe took great care of me explaining everything clearly. Love my new Chevy Silverado! 💖
