Visit this dealership with great caution. My experience with the salesperson was very negative. I was seeking to buy a new Corvette C8; the salesperson was reluctant to provide the total cost (taxes & fees). Furthermore, I was informed that I was not allowed to look inside the vehicle because he didn't want people to get it dirty. I did not want to sit inside the car, but it would have been nice to have at least the opportunity to get a feel for the cockpit. The customer service wasn't very good throughout the deal, I stared with a salesman & a vehicle. I scheduled a time to meet the next day to finish up the details and the salesman didn't show up. Then I was later informed that the vehicle I chose was already sold. After that I was in a tug of war between the salesman that stepped in & the previous salesman, I've also tried contacting the sales manager on multiple occasions after the purchase & have not been contacted.
Worst customer service dealership I have been to. My truck has been there for over a month and still getting different stories from the advisor the tech and the service director. Was told my truck would be done by this Friday and come to find out the service advisor told me that without speaking to the tech. Then I talked to the service director and he promised me Monday so I told him I was going to pick up my truck on Monday with out calling and then he told me fine next Friday then.
