Been here multiple times, I take the bus from Bakersfield, CA. here and pick up Amtrak to Phoenix Arizona round trip. Can't beat the price, everyone is always helpful, can bring much more Carry-on luggage compared to a flight and they're always very helpful. As another reviewer stated, it is busy with alot going on around you, there is food available there as well.
