With what you pay for rent & what I’ve experienced as far as water leaking, AC going out. Not worth it at all.
I have lived here for over 3 years and no complaints! Staff is very accommodating and helpful.
Just recently moved to forney from Denver and this is by far the best community ever. The staff is excellent and always friendly no matter the situation. I plan to call this my home for awhile! �
