I will never be back...I have been here two ones first time paid for the premium wash and sat waiting for someone to dry my car...never did...had to find someone. This was a busy day. Today I came back to try them again and it wasn’t busy..no wait got to the vacuum spot and once again no one came to dry my car. I had to go find someone yet again. I will never be back.
Don’t pay for the Premium wash. The people working there will never show up to dry the windows. For the same price better options are available, with better equipment to wash your car.
They do a fantastic job and they will help y’all out and never no problems with the wash job
I've used Drew's for years, but NO more.The automatic wash (where 2 attendants never mentioned closing my running boards, and in fact ENCOURAGED it!) hung and BROKE my running boards, causing the car behind us to hit us (they had no control, of course) and Drew's claims "no responsibility". Plus, they never get my extended length Expedition clean. BEWARE if you trust Drew's Car Wash to wash your car.
Normally love it. Today horrible customer service bought a car wash and was not told they turned off vacuums and then the manager laughed at me when I complained about not being able to use them
