This place absolutely should b shut down they are doing way more harm then good. Every piece of equipment has a problem and all they have are excuses for there actions. I feel bad for the guys actually washing the cars I got a full service in 90 degree weather and for one there resources suck there vacuums don't suck there towels are dirty and the tire shine I can buy at the 1$ store plus there were employees just sitting inside laughing and having a good time in the ac cooled room while 1 person cleaned my whole car in the ... read more

I looked up the operating hours and they clearly stated the business would be open at 7:30 am I went at 8:00 am so I would be sure they would be open. The employee was still setting up and said it would be another 10 minutes. He had to finish setting up and turning on the machine. I called the manager who made no effort to help me. She stated she didn't have access to the online information. I used to use this business, but today I am understandably upset to get the service I did.

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE ,, I went there to wash my car spinning brushes that clean the sides of cars broke my drivers door mirror ,, talked to owner and told him what happened didn't seem to care even,, owner asked how do i know if his wash broke my mirror i told him because when i started the car wash mirror was fine when i exited the wash mirror was broke, i offered to buy if at a local wreaking yard for $100. and install it my self saving him from paying the dealership $280. plus labor cost his response he would call Ch... read more

Avoid yourself a headache and dealing with poor customer service from Dimi the owner. 9/22/13: I go to this car wash and lube shop to get my oil changed on my Acura TL.
