Been living here for 7 years. I have no complaints. Sometimes we need to focus more on the positives instead of complaining about the negatives. We are fortunate to be in HUD housing. With rent being as high as it is, I feel blessed. Everywhere you go there are rules and regulations. We don't own these apartments and management are only doing their jobs as they have higher uppers to answer to. If there are issues you can't deal with wherever you live, get in the solution and trust God will work it out.

Run! My mom who is disabled lives here and this is very unprofessionally run. It’s supposed to be 55+. However, majority that are here are not. My mom’s apartment is not up to code for the disabled. There are maintenance issues that have not be addressed in over 6 months. They boot residents’ cars and yet allow non-residents to park here. No decal system in place to identify who lives here. The trash compactor is always full and they expect you to roll out to the exterior dumpster to throw away your trash, which is full also... read more
