This clinic is really great. Our PCM and their nurses/staff are wonderful! The reception staff as well as lab staff are friendly and quick.
All the signage in the lab area is confusing- clear and concise messaging. The theme in ALL these comments seems to be the lab. The command team needs to look into the ancillary services OIC and NCOIC positions and make some changes. The clinicians are great though!
Horrible lab staff. Waited for lab draw for 15 mins and they then come out and say the system is down so lab is closed. So I responded with Ive been calling for 30 mins and no one answers, her response “oh we never answer the phone”.
The reception staff was unpleasant. When they ask you for your personal information (DOB And Name), they’re loud and boisterous. You would think this would be a violation of HIPAA. She asked me to fill out a form and actually threw it on the floor. I refuse to pick it up, give me another one. There were two attendance behind a desk and it took 10 minutes for them to call my number because they were busy talking about the club the night before. Totally unprofessional.
