Extremely bad situation at this place. Absolutely ridiculous mess. They refused to allow me to speak to management about my interaction with a counselor that became aggressive. This occured after refusing to sign paperwork where the counselor wrongly quoted my words. Instead of clarifying the situation calmly, he became agitated then aggressive and rather hostile during the moments. Do not come here if you have probationer/DFCS evaluations to get done. When you call to set up your walk-in appt, the staff does not tell you that your case worker/PO needs to sign a request form & they will not see you if you don’t have it signed. Made my process longer by three weeks & was stressful. This not only happened to me, but to two other people on separate days.
