If I could give one hundred stars, that's exactly what I would do! I went in with withdrawals from alcohol! I was in a terrible headspace and wanted to leave because I was so scared to commit to getting sober. The staff rallied around me and loved me and spoke with me until I decided to go ahead and stay. Last week I spoke with Gateway and was told that because I have a PPO that they only accepted HMO. I switched and now they say I have to go to Brunswick
I've been waiting here for almost 4 hours and no one has done anything.This place sucks.
