I just want to take a minute and say thank you to everyone at Gateway for being so wonderful always! Shout out to Tae, Grace, Pam, Donna, Amber, and Stacy for your continual kindness, your tender care, and genuine compassion! These ladies brighten up my life and I am just so grateful. As people who are dealing with others that are coming for mental health purposes, the stars are terribly rude and have lied to me on numerous occasions on when to come in, told ne to come in at 7:00-7:30 leaving me to wait almost a hour and a half.. staff should know the clinics availability and be able to have appropriate phone conversations.
Ive been with gateway close to two years now, and never once did I feel unwelcomed or unappreciated. Even when I switched my primary counselor, it never felt the same as the amazing women in gateway. The receptionist are always so sweet and will work with you to help sort iut appointments quick and easy. The counselors have my heart as well, they listen and understand me in ways I didn't think was possible. I wouldn't want to go to any other counseling office after gateway.
