I think Gateway is one of the best and reliable shop in Opelika
I got a flat on a Maserati coming off of the I-85 ramp coming into Auburn. The guys at Gateway delivered truly outstanding customer service after I had called around to a number of other tire places in town that could not help!! They drove me to my car and changed my flat - which no other place wanted to do, they called around to find the specialty tire that I needed, and went out of their way to make other arrangements such as a tow truck. They did an amazing job with my truck the staff was so friendly I would tell anyone and everyone to go!
I live in Tennessee & was driving to Georgia when my car died on 280 in Opelika. Both the police officers & tow truck driver recommended Gateway, and I'm glad they did. Wayne & staff immediately determined my problem & even called the dealership in GA where I bought the car to see if it was covered under my warranty (It was). Then he called a tow truck to get me to that dealer in Georgia. I can't say enough good things about Gateway. I don't want my car to break down on the road again, but if it does, I hope I'm in Opelika!
