Worst repair shop I have ever been to, this repair shop same one on movie vacation! I have dealt with several hundred mechanics as parts guy. The S10 ran much worse after I brought in and I was not aloud to do a test drive with mechanical so it just going on? When I was finally able to leave my possessions in car where left unlocked,it hardly would start and the service writer thought it was funny when the door was left unlocked in a bad neighborhood? There is a spot on Oregon.Gov to file a complaint with the Attorney General Office if you have a problem with this shop.

Took my trailblazer there because I was having an issue with the oil pressure and the car dying in idle. They replaced the brakes just fine and changed the oil. They fixed a headlight issue and changed the bulbs but didn't put the bulbs back in their casings so I had to do that when i got home. They broke a clip on my passenger seat most likely when it was removed to make room to work on the headlight issue. They didn't even look at the oil issue, said it must have fixed itself even though I told them it only happened when the car was hot.Didn't make it home from the shop before the oil pressure warning lights started going off. Took it to another shop who found a hose leaking when it got too hot and got it fixed. Will never go there again.

We've used Gateway Auto Center for all of our auto repair needs for close to 20 years. We've always gotten GREAT service from John (the owner) and his employees and he has even saved us money several times by telling us when NOT to fix some things that were "wrong" with our vehicles. I have a high level of trust and respect for John and I have recommended Gateway Auto Center to a number of my friends around the area.
