1/5🌟 Highly disappointed in this community. I've tried calling and emailing this community about their availabilities and process. Never heard a word from them. Very unfortunate. I mean if you don't have any availabilities just tell individuals that instead of ignoring their emails and phone calls. It looks bad on the community, company, and the property manager in charge. A little hood added to Upper Marlboro off 301. Gangsters are over there.
I had a pretty annoying experience with this company to say the least. It's advertised as "affordable" housing but it's not. And unless you have PERFECT credit, do not apply. I wasn't approved because I have student loans, and the student loans were actually frozen at the time so that's insane to me. No one ever answers the phone so don't waste your time.
