Let me tell you something about the new Community Manager Ms.Dionne Thornton when I say exceptionally amazing , her spirit her customer service her respectfulness is top tier, I have only known her for a few weeks and she gets the job done , she’s advocates for our needs and I’m so glad she was hired right at the time I needed assistance, gateway at peerless had hired a five star manager, I know prior to Ms.Dionne things were moving very slow , due to lack of staff , but since she had been there every one of my needs for me ... read more
Does anyone actually live here? Can anyone actually attest to how the apartment actually is living wise? I see nothing but people talking about not making it past the application process but not a single one of someone who actually lives here ..?
I have been calling this place and still have yet to get any updates on a 2 bedroom, This place sucks and yall need better customer service
This place application process SUCKS. I just called this place and talked to it sounded like female robot for 2 minutes, and she couldn't even get it right. I've read the reviews and they all sounded like the people they talked to was unprofessional, stressed and disrespectful. And I noticed the owner was so quick to replied back with this fake me out unapologetic response. I too drive by this place often, don't get me wrong , it looks nice and clean from 301.
