Don’t live here. Surprise charges just happen and they give a bullshit excuses. They charged me a fee from 2023 and I started in 2024. It’s their responsibility to come up with the funds not me.
Hailey was very helpful and gave a great tour of the property. She gave us all the important information, answered questions thoroughly, and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. Desirae in the leasing office was very organized and helped me start an application. She kept good communication and let me know where I was at in the leasing process.
We recently signed a lease, and Cassidi was so helpful in the process, she helped us tremendously in getting us what we needed. Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with
Quoted me a price over the weekend for the room. When I went to sign that following Monday, they had changed the price by hundreds of dollars and refused to honor their first quote. The communication is also lacking (getting code to get into mailroom, getting mail keys, parking pass, etc.).
