Brooklynn was super helpful in my apartment search if I wasn't moving to California I would defiantly move here. If I am ever back in town Gateway will be my destination as long as she's there.
I have had a wonderful experience living at Gateway at Belknap Apartments over the past 18+ months. The apartment complex is very well taken care of and is always clean. The maintenance team is always friendly and is prompt when responding to maintenance requests. They will assist you with anything and everything and do a quality job. I absolutely love living here! From the moment I first toured the property, Brooklyn, the leasing consultant, made the whole process seamless and welcoming. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping my boyfriend and I find the right home. We loved it so much we signed AND got the keys the same day!
