I absolutely love living here! From the moment I first toured the property, Brooklyn, the leasing consultant, made the whole process seamless and welcoming. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping my boyfriend and I find the right home. We loved it so much we signed AND got the keys the same day! I moved into the Gateway end of March this year, and it has surpassed all my expectations. Brooklynn, the leasing consultant, was so informative, friendly, and prepared when providing me and my boyfriend with a tour of the potential units. I LOVE this place…. It was perfect for a medical student. Easy walk to the hospital and they kept the walkways clean. Trash pickup outside your door is a plus too. Apartments are nice and look brand new. Maintenance always comes when you have problems but it is rare!
Don’t live here. Surprise charges just happen and they give a bullshit excuses. They charged me a fee from 2023 and I started in 2024. It’s their responsibility to come up with the funds not me.
Hailey was very helpful and gave a great tour of the property. She gave us all the important information, answered questions thoroughly, and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. Desirae in the leasing office was very organized and helped me start an application. She kept good communication and let me know where I was at in the leasing process.
