We received a sewer service bill from Getaway Arms that we absolutely disagree with. We have been members of Gateway arms Realty since 2015. We pay our monthly dues which include: water bills, snow removal and maintenance of a shared sewer for 6 homes located in our private side yard. We used to always get a call from Gateway Arms about when the GENERAL sewer would be serviced. We always opened the entrance to our side yard on this day.
