i went into gateway aquatics knowing nothing, and because of matt, i learned what questions i should be asking myself on my new aquarium!!! they work with you to understand, NOT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY!! they worked with me and guided me for the best aquarium i can maintain on my own! love 'em!
Looking to start my 1st saltwater tank and have heard nothing but great things about this place. I understand you have other customers I wasn't upset about you helping someone else. The thing that was rude and set me over the edge is when you told your other customer you were talking to that we were in your way. The guys in the store go above and beyond. I will always shop at gateway! Being new to the hobby is nerve racking but they take their time to walk you through everything.
Never been but planning a visit soon. We have a 129 gal. tank but finding good stores has been hard. Looking forward to our visit so I can post back what I thought.
