If you're a responsible working person who enjoys peace and quiet with pets, this is the place for you. Management helped me secure a place after desperately trying to come back home from alberta. The a/c is great, the suite is spacious, and best of all its the most dog friendly place I've ever seen, with a spa provided to clean them up. My only complaint is the loudness of the elevator beeping. Im so grateful to be here.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your team regarding a recent inquiry about a rental property. On November 4, I inquired about a one-bedroom unit that was said to be available starting December 1st. I was informed that I could schedule an appointment to view the property, which I did for today. First photo is my early morning view from 3rd floor. Both my husband and I love it here so far. And of course our fur babies, yes you heard correct..pets are welcome. Obviously dependent on size etc. They don't look very big but there is actually a fair bit of room not to mention shelving in bathroom and laundry room.
Although my husband and I and our cats only lived at Gateway Apartments for a short time, I would move back into the building in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, work was not in Parksville for my husband, so we only resided here for six months. We received exceptional service, kindness, and warm welcome from the entire management team.
