Stephan was phenomenal he assisted me all the way he made me feel extremely welcome even before I was approved he is definitely an asset to this property
They need to spray both sides of O building for roaches including all apartments on same day to get rid of them. They need to spray when new tenants move in for at least a couple weeks after in case they have followed the new tenants. We are paying a pest control bill so we shouldn’t have any pest issues.
