the mark at Riverdale is good appartment I love to stay here
These apartments are trash, everything is broke down. The company does want to fix anything!!! Don’t waste your time, Trash in the street,They are only interested in getting new tenants once you move in then they will give you the run around!!! Find another apartment !!!
I hope this post gets to the correct person or persons, because I have tried speaking to management and I also reached out to the new owners of the complex and have not received a response. This complex has gone from bad to worse. Animal owners allow their pets to poop in the middle of the street. The photo is of the guy that allowed his dog to poop in the middle of the street.
