Still have no ac after two months and my ac broke was stolen but y'all say it’s a gated community the gate hasn’t worked since I moved in. Yall want your rent on time but yet no one knows when the a/c is going to be fixed in my unit ..

I would definitely recommend any friends or family to move here at The Mark at Riverdale. The neighborhood is quiet and the staff here is always so helpful. They communicate very well and are very understanding about any situation. Kwame’ answered all of the questions I had concerning my rent and makes sure he communicates and leaves any messages for Daniella. Kwame is so exceptionally amazing at what he does. He is intentional and dedicated to helping others. He took his time to show me the community.
