Chyna did an amazing job with the tour. She’s very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions.
I’ve been living at The Mark of Riverdale Apts almost 8 years. It’s been pretty good, never had any problems with any neighbors. The property is quiet & not too big where you feel overwhelmed. There’s some new staff that came in over the summer. Our leasing agent is still here, her name is Ms Chyna. She’s really nice & will help you if you have any issues. I have had a good experience here at M.A.R. I have residing here a little over 2 years.The staff is great from Ms.China to Ms. Daniela.Also Mr. Kwame’ from a sister property is a great guy.Just on my experience they all have great energy and will help you if possible.Kids love to come into the office.Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen.
