I moved here and it is not what I expected. First of all the Management is awlful. The current manager Jermae is an uncaring about her tenants. Doesn't address tenants problems, concerns are issues concerning their apt and envoirnment. She is nothing but a slumlord; just in it for the money. She cares nothing about the property or the tenants. There have been multiple breakins and she shows and is NOT concerned about any of this. Her management is deployable.
