Scammers, they take advantage of college kids. Kicked my daughter out of the portal in which she and her roommates uploaded pictures before they moved in. When they moved out they weren't given access to the portal and charged them for all the things they uploaded, all the uploaded pictures were "no longer available". They also changed out the carpet that was 20 years old and charged them for the carpet that was trash from 20 years of wear and tear. My daughter is currently renting a bedroom in this complex. It is awful! The kitchen sink keeps breaking and there is mouse poop. Management is taking a long time to fix these issues. We will not be renewing our lease.
