Really this is the best place to live, Very accessible to highways, the people who working at the leasing office they are very helpful and friendly. Fast response for any maintenance issue. This place is highly recommended
I’ve lived here for a few months now and I absolutely love it! It’s so nice to come home to such a safe, quiet and beautiful apartment complex. This complex is also very dog friendly. My apartment has it’s own little yard (which is soo convenient), and there’s a really nice dog park my pups love to run around in! Another plus, any work orders that I have submitted have been completed in a timely and professional manner. Great location, great amenities, and friendly office staff, I highly recommend The Gateway!
I’ve been here since May and I love it. I haven’t had any issues and the property is always clean and well maintained. Staff is always courteous and helpful.
We are thrilled with this apartment complex. We have lived here since 2015 and haven't had any issue that the staff and their crew didn't take care of promptly. I think management does a great job communicating with the residents via text or email, even if it is something small it is great to know what is going on around the complex. They are doing a good job of improving/updating the grounds as well. Management at this location is poor- no correspondence after numerous requests. Trash cans are never put away and enforcement of fines per the lease is non-existent. Office staff are unprofessional and act like it is beyond them to have to work. Phones are never answered during normal business hours. Stay away from this location that wants to pretend like they are a Luxury Apartment complex but have poor management and office staff.

After living in various complexes I must say this one had the qualities we were looking for. (The Salt Water pool was a huge buff to! ) keep up the great work !
