Me & my daughter only lived here a year during that year I had multiple packages stolen, the townhouse units aren't properly Insulated ,the property managers basically don't respond back to any questions (gotta lowkey harass them) its only quite during the hours (1am-6am) you basically safe if you stay inside and mind your business.
Gateway Apartments maintenance is slow, unresponsive, incompetent and just down right awful. Been trying to get a water leak taken care of. Three entries in the Gateway maintenance portal and still nothing. This complex doesn't have much going for it anyway, and horrible maintenance makes living here miserable. Can you believe no a/c on the units and the property is not ADA compliance. Stairs everywhere. No ramps, no curb cutouts. It's next to impossible for mobility challenged residents to get around.
DO NOT RENT HERE. MOVED IN A MOTH A GO TO A JUNK APARTMENT. NO A/C, NO STOVE WORKING, NO DISWASHER WORKING, AND WATER COMING FROM UNDER THE FLOOR ON THE CARPET IN THE LIVING ROOM FROM THE KITCHEN. WATER COMES IN AROUND THE KITCHEN BY SINK FROM UNDER THE FLOOR. EVERY PERSON THERE I TALK TO HAS PROBLEMS. THE OWNERS ARE TERRIBLE AND DON'T FIX NOTHING. I HAVE MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND CAN NOT BE IN THE HEAT LIKE I AM BUT, THEY DON'T CARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.
