I currently live at this property and, unfortunately, my recent experience with management has made it very difficult to recommend this community. My biggest issue has been the way I have been treated by John, the leasing manager, while trying to get a serious maintenance issue addressed. Edit: As of 2026, new office manager is crooked. Changed my lease dates in the computer and deleted 2 of the 3 previous leases that were supposed to be on file to try to hide evidence, saying my recertification dates were September 1st, so that's when my new lease starts. For 3 years, my lease has started October 1st. Maintenance marks repairs as complete when they're not 50% of the time. Some even deny there's a problem, and the default is to blame the tenant.
