We don't take our fur babies/family anywhere else.
Never had a bad experience here at all. Dr. Ben is amazing and we tried everything for our older dog. He went above and beyond. Sadly, we had to euthanize her and Gateway made it such a nice time for us. We were able to stay with her for as long as we needed and they gave her all the treats she wanted before it was her time. I couldn't love you guys anymore!!!!!
Took my dogs stitches out too soon after surgery and only put one staple in for a wound that was about 2 inches. It of course came open and now I'm spending another $200(on top of $535 for surgery) to get the wound re-stitched at pet emergency. Usually love this place but you have to watch which doctor you get. Would love to bill them for the extra money their shoddy work is costing me.
I have a very hyper active dog and the staff was nothing short of amazing with him today during his check up. They even got him to sit still long enough to draw blood...my dog DOESN'T sit still. Miracle workers, that's who you will find there.
We love Gateway Animal Clinic. Our Pug Dexter had a struvite stone blocking him so he could not urinate, surgery completed and he is doing awesome! Thank you to all the Doctors and staff who took such excellent care of our Dexter!
They were very caring and sincere when i had to put my baby down.
They have come through for me and my animals on several occasions where there was little hope.
