I'm giving a poor review because Gateway Airstream advised me in person and in writing that if I upgraded my inverter to 2000 watts I would be able to power all outlets. Unfortunately this was wrong. Factory wiring is 14 gage, which is not adequate for this. So I spent a lot of money with no benefit. I will never go back to this dealer again.
Took great care fixing our grey and black tank valves after an unexpected blow out on I 70. Timely, friendly, and fair. Would definitely recommend to friends, family, and Airstreams in need of service or parts. Wow, we even toured a Stetson 6666 model, met joyful club members, and ate a delicious Schnucks donut. They even promised to mail the labels for our new tank valves.We thank everyone at Bill Thomas who made the continuation of our vacation possible.
Talked to the sales guy ‘Steve’ and let him know we were interested and coming to see the camper, talked to him again early that morning about fees etc., took off work for the day and drove over 2 hours that morning to dealership. He then said he sold it over FaceTime and marked it sold literally right as we walked into the showroom and they paged the salesman. I had a couple of issues out on my first trip of the year. Stephanie from service went well above and beyond to help me. I cannot thank her enough!! Rob was man of the year and took care of everything. I wish I lived closer to this dealership!
