Connor made me feel like I was his only customer. He's a great listener, informative and genuinely interested in the customer. He adjusted my hearing aids, after an extensive, comprehensive hearing test. Great experience.

Conner is very thorough and understanding of how to best assess my hearing loss and explain what I need to help me hear.
