The management and board are very unreasonable. They charge a $250 move-in fee and a $250 move-out fee for every one, even if you book the elevator through their concierge. In the end, the manager still found a way to charge me $500. They can fine you for almost any reason they want. Also, their system requires elevator bookings to be made at least a month in advance, so you can’t book within the same month. Terrible management and unreasonable rules.
Really nice apartment complex. Close to a lot of stuff. There is a lot of construction going on in the area but from the 7th floor with the concrete walls you cant even hear anything. Just signed a lease there. Cant wait!
